UNIDIRECTIONAL (0º) STITCHED FABRIC

Brief

Unidirectional mats are a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the warp (0°) plies into as a fabric.

It can be combined with a glass mat, synthetic core, or veil for enhanced performance as a combination mat.

CHARACTERITICS

Unidirectional Mat meets injection, Vacuum infusion. Application in boats, vessels, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayak, jet-ski, wind blades., etc.

Reinforcement material: fiberglass yarn.
Total weight from : 300 to 1500g/m2.
Width from: 50 to 2600mm or submultiple cut.

COMPONENTS

Layer 1: Fiberglass yarn in 0º with 100-1200 g/m2.
Layer 2: Binding polyester yarn with 5 g/m2.
