The world’s leading sandwich material, German manufacturer Dymriton, will launch a new closed-die product at the European Composite Material exhibition September 2013 17-19th.

All Dymriton pouring or injection process solutions include high-performance Mobile media and the use of thermoplastic microspheres for filling is the best solution for making both ply and weight-reducing enhancements.

Regardless of the shape of the product in the open or closed mold process, the customer’s needs can be met to the maximum extent.

Flow Mat is a basic product that can be used in all types of close mold processes. The surface finish of the laminate is improved due to the uniformity of its fibers and the use of special sutures.

DymFlow is developed by adding a layer of short-cut sandwich material(PP) inside the flow mat. Uniform fiber ductility and surface capacity remain unchanged, the thickness of the laminates up to 9 mm. When excellent surface properties are required, a surfacing veil can be added.
