FLOW MAT consists of one or two layers of Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) and core material PP (resin flow zone). The resin flows through the core and impregnates the outer reinforcement by injecting resin vertically from the outside. The inner material (PP Mat) accelerates the resin flow and distributes the resin evenly. This saves a lot of time and helps with larger assemblies.

FLOW MAT 600/ PP250/600 is a reinforced composite material, which consists of a middle layer of 250gsm non-woven synthetic core (polypropylene pp material) and two 600 chopped glass mats, 3 layers of material are stitched together with polyester thread. Applied for closed mold process.

Hanging to the mold is easy and convenient to operate   

In the RTM and RTM Light processes, the use of the Flow Mat enables fast wetting and uniform impregnation of the resin. Used to infuse resin and set vacuum materials. Ideal for decorative parts with complex shapes and high surface quality requirements.
