Packing

The E-glass chopped strand mat is packaged in rolls, each wound on a cardboard tube with an internal diameter of 100mm.

The rolls are then placed in a wood-framed box with the same width as the mat’s height and secured with shrink-wrap polythene.

The pallet is wrapped with polyamide straps. For larger quantities, the strips are either packed in cardboard boxes or palletized, depending on the quantity.

The product label on each carton contains information such as the product reference, net and gross weight in kg, packaging and product code, identification code of the palletized unit, and production date.

To ensure the quality of the fiberglass products, it is recommended to store them in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be maintained at 15℃~35℃ and 35%~65%, respectively. If the product is stored at lower temperatures, please move the pallets to the soon-to-be-processed area.

For safety reasons and to avoid damaging the product, it is not recommended to stack pallets more than three layers high. When stacking pallets in two or three layers, extra care should be taken to move the top pallet smoothly and correctly.
