High Gloss Surface Glue

 

 

Description:

Polyester high gloss gel coat is an air-drying polyester gel coat specially designed for high gloss requirements on the surface of FRP prototypes.

High gloss, low porosity, non-stick surface, wax-free and easy to water-grind, and excellent high gloss after polishing.

 

Application:

Used for composite master molds, original molds and wooden product surfaces.

 

Mold Gel Coat

 

Description:

Mold gel coat: mainly divided into 2 types: polyester and epoxy vinyl

 

Epoxy vinyl mold gel coat has outstanding strength and toughness, high hardness, high brightness, high gloss retention and excellent heat resistance. It is available in three colors: black, orange and green.

 

Operation And Application:

1. Stir the gel coat evenly at a low speed in the original barrel before use. Avoid excessive stirring. Excessive stirring will reduce viscosity, bring in bubbles, and cause problems such as sagging and pinholes.

 

2. During construction, the gel coat, mold and ambient temperature should be kept at 18-25°C, and the ambient humidity should be less than 70%.

 

Epoxy Vinyl Low Shrinkage Mold Resin

 

Description:

Thixotropic agent and accelerator have been added, low shrinkage, good product dimensional stability and smooth surface. It has good glass fiber wettability, convenient construction, high toughness, crack resistance, high heat deformation temperature, excellent heat degradation resistance, and excellent strength retention at high temperatures.

Generally used for 2-layer surface lamination.

 

Rapid Molding Resin

 

Features and Main Uses:

Rapid molding resin is a filler-containing and pre-promoted unsaturated polyester resin with good glass fiber wettability and flow resistance, and is easy to construct.

Zero shrinkage, effectively reducing glass fiber imprints.

Fast curing speed, stable reaction exothermic peak temperature, suitable for rapid molding process, the mold can be completed within one day, completely replacing the traditional molding process that takes a week.
