RTM Flow Mat is made up of three layers:

The first is a mat with fibers cut at 5cm and homogeneously dispersed, with a weight range of 300 – 1000gr/m²;

The second with a polypropylene core weighing 180gr/m²; and the third layer mat layer with fibers cut at 5cm and dispersed evenly, with a weight range of 300 – 1000gr/m².

The three layers are stitched together with polyester thread.

The product’s width ranges from 30 to 250cm, and the roll length is customizable to meet customer needs.

It is shipped with a cardboard tube with an inner diameter of 77mm, and the packaging is tailored to meet the customer’s requirements.

The manufacturing process allows for the customization of flow surface products with multiple layers based on the specific needs of the customer. It is important to note that at least one layer in the complex must be an acrylic veil. Additionally, Woven Roving, Unidirectional, or Multiaxial fabric can also be incorporated into the product.

The standard polypropylene cores typically have a weight of 180gr/m² or 250gr/m², but we can use cores with different grammages if needed.

The standard grammages for Mat range from 200gr/m² to 1100gr/m², but we are open to adjusting these limits based on the customer’s request.

When two layers of Mat are used, the grammage on both sides can be different. The product can be produced in widths ranging from 30cm to 250cm.
