Closed Mould Applications Material
Flow Mat 450M/180PP1/450M is a composite material that consists of two layers of 450 g/m2 Glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) and a 180 g/m2 nonwoven polypropylene fabric (PP).
This combination is designed to improve and accelerate the flow of the resin through the fabric during infusion or RTM (injection) processes.
The material is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and urethane-acrylate thermosetting resins and has a roll width of 127 cm.
It is ideal for use in closed mould applications where improved resin flow is necessary to achieve high-quality composite parts.
