Flow Mat is a type of reinforcement that consists of a synthetic non-woven core(PP Mat) mechanically stitched together with chopped glass fibers. It is suitable for use in all Closed Mold processes.

Our RTM Glass Flow Mat product features two layers of chopped strands and a middle layer of polypropylene fibers, all sewn together with polyester thread. It is specifically designed for use in RTM, RTM light, and vacuum production technologies.

Our glass roving is coated with a silane-based sizing that is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins, ensuring excellent flexibility and moldability in complicated molds. With its fast-rising flow and wet-out, It provides very good mechanical properties to final parts.
