Nonwoven Flow Mat – Needle Punch

Brief

DymFlow consists of five layers. The first and fifth layers are surfacing veil, the second and fourth layers are glass fiber chopped yarn in 50mm length, and the third layer is resin guide layer: PP.

The five layers are made by the special process without traditional synthesis methods such as stitching yarn and chemical adhesive.

CHARACTERITICS

DymFlow meets all requirements of closed mold processes. highly conformable and provides exceptional part strength allows the manufacture of all types of composite parts.

Thickness from: 1.6 to 8 mm.
Total weight from: 620to 1800g/m2.
Width from: 1250 to 2800mm or submultiple cut.

COMPONENTS

Two layers of 50 mm chopped glass fibers with no chemical binder.
An non-woven synthetic core (polypropylene)of different basis weights:
C: 180 g/m2
D: 250 g/m2
Add a layer of surfacing veil on the top layer and bottom layer respectively.

Layer 1: Surfacing veil(PET/PAN) 30~50 g/m2.
Layer 2: Chopped fiberglass 0-900 g/m2.
Layer 3: PP flow layer 110-300 g/m2.
Layer 4: Chopped fiberglass 0-900 g/m2.
Layer 5: Surfacing veil(PET/PAN) 30~50 g/m2.
