Dymriton Composites has introduced its latest Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) as part of its DymIsolation range of reinforcements.

This CSM features a lightweight integrated polyester surface veil and is manufactured without the use of stitching or chemical binders, thanks to the company’s proprietary technology. Available in weights ranging from 225g/m² to 600g/m² and 1270mm rolls, it also offers non-standard widths upon request.

The premium CSM offers a superior surface finish with standard osmosis and chemical protection. Its production without chemical binders allows for the use of unstretched resin systems, broadening compatibility with various matrices. With 100mm staple fiber compared to the 50mm alternatives, it enables faster production and enhances laminate quality.
