Fiberglass PP Sandwich Mat is a stitched composite reinforced fabric with a PP resin flow guide layer in the middle of the fabric. The fabric consists of 3 layers: the first and third layers are chopped strands, and the middle layer is PP non-woven fabric.

Applicable to all closed mold processes, greatly improving productivity and product quality. Due to its versatility in functions, sandwich PP mats can be used to manufacture composite parts with complex shapes.

Application:

Apply in RTM, LRTM, vacuum infusion, compression molding and other closed mold processes; suitable for polyester resin, vinyl resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc.

Applicable FRP products: wind turbine nacelle, FRP boat/cover, ships and yachts, auto parts, water park equipment, etc.

Packing:

The products are produced in the form of winding on paper tubes, then packed with plastic film, and finally each roll is put into a carton individually, and the cartons are placed on pallets and packed together.

The above packing is the standard packing, any other packing form shall be negotiated by both parties.

Storage:

It is recommended to store fiberglass products in a cool, dry environment. The recommended storage temperature range is 10-30°C with a relative humidity of 50-75%. Fiberglass should be stored in the packaging until just before use.
