Flow Mat FR has built-in fire protection. This product comprises of two CSM layers and an intelligent flow mesh, which provides HL3 fire protection according to EN 45545-2 standards. It’s the ideal solution for painted components inside rail vehicles.

This product, designed for painted components in rail vehicles, meets legal fire protection requirements under EN 45545-2 for Hazard levels HL2 and HL3 for R1, R7, R10 and R17. It is also halogen-free and has lower combustibility while maintaining drapability and weight. The intelligent flow mesh allows for easy workability and rapid wet-out with homogeneous impregnation in RTM and RTM Light processes, and can be used for infusion with the right resin and vacuum materials set-up.
