Brief

Double bias mats are a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the +45°, -45° plies into as a fabric.

It can be combined with a glass mat, synthetic core, or veil for enhanced performance as double bias combination mat.

CHARACTERITICS

Double Bias combination mat meets injection, Vacuum infusion. Application in boats, vessels, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayak, jet-ski, wind blades., etc.

  • Reinforcement material: fiberglass yarn.

  • Total weight from : 300 to 1500 g/m2.

  • Width from: 50 to 2600mm or submultiple cut.
