Brief

Triaxial mat are a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in +45°, 90°, -45° plies into as a fabric.

CHARACTERITICS

Triaxial mat can be combined with a glass mat, synthetic core or veil for enhanced performance.

  • Triaxial mat meets injection,Vacuum jnfusion.

  • Application in boats, vessels, windsurfing, wake boarding, kayak, jet-ski ,wind blades.,etc.

  • Reinforcement material: fiberglass yarn.

  • Total weight from: 300 to 1000g/m2.

  • Width from: 50 to 2600mm or sub multiple cut.

COMPONENTS

  • ETX1200

  • Layer 1: Fiberglass yarn in +45° with 250 g/m2.

  • Layer 2: Fiberglass yarn in  90° with 700 g/m2.

  • Layer 3: Fiberglass yarn in -45° with 250 g/m2.
