Brief

Polypropylene mat is made up of polypropylene fiber needle punched together, used in unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin system.

General it is been add two layers of chopped glass yarn on top and bottom layer as flow mat for close mould processes like: RTM, LRTM.

CHARACTERITICS

Applications requiring higher bending stiffness and strength without adding weight.

  • Used in unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin system.

  • Applies in hatches, small boat hulls, pressure vessels.

  • Afford resin fast flow through infusion vacuum, RTM, LRTM process.
