Brief

Unidirectional mats are a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the weft (90°) plies into as a fabric.

It can be combined with a glass mat, synthetic core, or veil for enhanced performance as unidirectional combination mat.

CHARACTERITICS

Unidirectional Mat meets injection, Vacuum infusion. Application in boats, vessels, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayak, jet-ski, wind blades., etc.

  • Reinforcement material: fiberglass yarn.

  • Total weight from : 300 to 2500g/m2.

  • Width from: 50 to 2600mm or submultiple cut.

COMPONENTS

  • Layer 1: Unidirectional mat with 100-1500 g/m2.

  • Layer 2: Chopped strand yarn with 200-600 g/m2.

  • Layer 3: Stitched polyester yarn 10 g/m2.
