Brief

Flow Mat made of a draining non-woven synthetic core with both sides of chopped glass fibers mechanically stitched together.

Flow Mat meets all requirements of closed mold processes, is highly conformable and provides exceptional part strength, allows the manufacture of all types of composite parts.

CHARACTERITICS

Two layers of 50 mm chopped glass fibers with no chemical binder.
An non-woven synthetic core (polypropylene)of different basis weights: B=120 g/m2, C=180 g/m2, D=250 g/m2.

  • Reinforcement material: polyester veil, NCF can add as basic components.

  • Total weight from: 620 to 1200g/m2.

  • Thickness from: 1.6 to 8 mm.

  • Width from: 1250 to 2800mm or submultiple cut.

COMPONENTS

  • Layer 1: Chopped fiberglass 0-900 g/m2.

  • Layer 2: PP flow 110-300 g/m2.

  • Layer 3: Chopped fiberglass 0-900 g/m2.
