Brief

Quadraxial mats are a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the 0°, +45°, 90°, -45° plies into as a fabric.

It can be combined with a glass mat, synthetic core, or veil for enhanced performance.

CHARACTERITICS

Quadraxial Mat meets injection, Vacuum infusion. Application in boats, vessels, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayak, jet-ski, wind blades., etc.

  • Reinforcement material: fiberglass yarn.

  • Total weight from : 300 to 1600g/m2.

  • Width from: 50 to 2600mm or submultiple cut.

COMPONENTS

  • Layer 1: Fiberglass yarn in   0º with 100-800 g/m2.

  • Layer 2: Fiberglass yarn in +45º with 100-800 g/m2.

  • Layer 3: Fiberglass yarn in   90º with 100-800 g/m2.

  • Layer 4: Fiberglass yarn in -45º with 100-800 g/m2.
