Injection Molding Process:

Molding Process:

A: Molding process of granular material:
The molding process of long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials is very similar to that of thermosetting composites.

The process is: according to the size and quality of molded products, the long fiber reinforced granular material is directly added to the preheating molding die and continues to heat the mold until the polymer matrix is completely melted, then, closing the mold, applying a certain molding pressure to the mold, so that the molten material fills the mold cavity.

B: Stamping, Flow molding process:
First, the glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic composite sheet is sent to the heating furnace preheating, preheating temperature is generally higher than the thermoplastic matrix resin melting point or softening points 25-50 degrees.

Then, the softening, fluffy material from preheating furnace, quickly put into the stamping die, the rapid closure mode, pressure, under the pressure, softening, melting materials in the mold flow filled with mold cavity.

Direct Process Molding:
The technology is characterized by combining the preparation technology of long fiber thermoplastic composites with the product forming technology.

The first step is the use of two extruders, one extruded thermoplastic and other accessories of the molten mixture, and then with a second extruder and glass fiber mixed with impregnation, the formation of resin/glass fiber mixed blanks.

The second step is the manual or manipulator to the billet directly into the preheating mold, under a certain pressure molded into composite materials.
