Application of YN450 Nano-micro Composite Thermal Insulation Mat
YN450 nano-micro composite insulation mat is a compound of high-quality high-performance inorganic fibers and nano-filling powder. It is a cost-effective insulation mat suitable for medium and low temperatures. It can be used between -40℃ and 450℃. Especially at 0-200℃, the thermal conductivity increases slowly with temperature, and the insulation effect is the best. It is a highly cost-effective insulation material in the fields of petrochemicals, rail transportation, new energy vehicles, air conditioning ducts, storage tanks, steam pipelines, etc.
YN450 Nano-micro Composite Insulation Mat has the Following Characteristics:
- Non-Flammable
According to GB/T8624-2012 “Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials”, it meets the requirements of non-flammable A1 grade.
- Low Thermal Conductivity
The thermal conductivity coefficient at room temperature is a breakthrough of ≦0.032/m.K, and the thermal conductivity coefficient increases slowly with the increase of temperature.
- No Falling Due to Vibration, Recyclable
The fiber has good flexibility and resilience, is not easy to break, and will not fall over time on equipment and pipelines with slight vibration. It is durable. When the factory is repaired, the uncontaminated or damaged materials can also be reused.
- Good Moisture Resistance
The product will not damage the structure and performance of the material when immersed in water. After drying, the material can still be used, and the performance of the material itself is almost not affected.
- High Performance-Cost Ratio
The thermal conductivity of YN450 nano-micro composite insulation mat is small at 0-200℃, and the thermal conductivity coefficient hardly increases after long-term use.
① For 0-200℃ equipment and pipelines, YN450 nano-micro composite insulation mat can be used directly;
② For 200℃-650℃ equipment and pipelines, CAS-A0 nano-aluminum-magnesium insulation mat can be used in combination to effectively reduce surface temperature and heat loss. Under normal use conditions, it can theoretically be reused many times within 20 years, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio.
